• Download our PDF Registration Form here. You will need the latest version of Acrobat Reader (Windows/Mac) or Preview (Mac).
• Fill out form completely.  Check over form to make sure you have filled in every question/field.
• Save changes.  Not sure where it saved to?  Do a search for registration.pdf.
• Email saved form to info@adiyoga.com
• You should receive confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
